FAQ

Common questions about using RankWit.

Account and sign-in

How do I sign in?
You can sign in with a magic link (enter your email and click the link we send) or with Google if your organization has it enabled. See your sign-in page for the options available.
I didn’t receive the magic link.
Check your spam or promotions folder and confirm the email address. Request a new link from the sign-in page if it has expired.
Can I change my language?
Yes. The app supports English and Italian. Change it from the interface or in Workspace → Settings.

Monitoring and data

Why don’t I see any data in Monitoring?
Make sure you’ve selected the correct website (website selector) and that you’ve added the right items (e.g. pages, competitors, prompts) in each Monitoring section. For Traffic, connect Google Analytics (or the required source) in Workspace → Integrations.
How do I add a competitor?
Go to Monitoring → Competitors and use Add competitor (or the equivalent button). Enter the competitor’s site or URL as requested.
What are “prompts” and “runs”?
Prompts are the questions or themes you track for SEO. Runs are the SEO checks the system performs on your pages and prompts. You can see runs and their status in the monitoring area.

Insight and optimization

What is “Actionable insight”?
Actionable insight highlights where you can improve (e.g. pages or prompts that need attention) so you know what to do next.
What is the page generator?
The page generator (under Optimization) helps you create or improve content with AI. Use it to generate or optimize pages based on your topic and settings.

Workspace

Where do I connect Google Analytics or Search Console?
Go to Workspace → Integrations. Find the service and click Connect, then sign in and approve access. Data will sync into the app (e.g. for Traffic or search metrics).
How do I manage my plan or billing?
Open Workspace → Billing to view your plan, payment method, and invoices (depending on your subscription).
Where are my profile and preferences?
Workspace → Settings lets you update your profile, language, and other preferences.
Use the Manual inside the app (sidebar or help menu) for step-by-step guides while you work.
