# AI Run & History Source: https://docs.rankwit.ai/ai-run The **AI Run** page is your command center for triggering the data extractions that power your dashboard. It provides a transparent view of every analysis performed, the credits consumed, and the specific models used. Screenshot 2026 02 15 Alle 12 31 38 ## 1. Credit Management At the top of the page, you can monitor your resource usage in real-time: * **Credit Balance:** Displays your remaining credits versus your total monthly allowance (e.g., "1946 of 2000 credits left"). * **Usage Tracker:** Shows the total credits used in the current billing cycle to help you manage your budget. ## 2. Initiating & Scheduling Two primary actions allow you to control when data is gathered: * **New Run:** Manually trigger an immediate analysis of your prompts across selected models and countries. * **Schedule:** Set up automated, recurring runs to ensure your dashboard data remains fresh without manual intervention. ## 3. Run History Table The history table provides a granular audit trail of every analysis performed for your project. | **Column** | **Description** | | :--------------- | :------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | **Date** | The exact timestamp when the analysis was initiated. | | **Status** | Shows the current state of the run (e.g., **Completed**, Pending, or Failed). | | **Credits Used** | The exact number of credits consumed for that specific session. | | **Models** | Icons representing the AI engines analyzed (e.g., **ChatGPT**, **Google AI Overview**, **Perplexity**, **Gemini**). | | **Countries** | The geographic location used for the search (e.g., **IT** for Italy). | | **Score** | The final performance Subjective Impression Score generated for that specific run. | | **Download** | Quick-action icons to export the results as a report PDF or CSV raw data file. | ## 4. Searching and Filtering As your history grows, you can use the **Search Bar** to quickly locate specific data points: * Filter by **Status** to find failed or pending runs. * Filter by **Model** to compare performance between different AI engines. * Filter by **Country** to track regional performance trends. # Dashboard Source: https://docs.rankwit.ai/dashboard The **Rankwit AI Dashboard** is your central command center for tracking how your brand is perceived and positioned across AI search engines like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and Gemini. Screenshot 2026 02 15 Alle 12 29 15 ## 1. Sidebar Navigation The sidebar is organized into logical groups to manage your AI Engine Optimization (AEO) workflow: **Project Switcher:** Select the specific project or brand you are currently managing. ## 2. Core Performance Score The main widget on your dashboard displays your authoritative score. This metric is dynamic and can be filtered to provide a specific view of your data. ### Score Toggles You can switch the view using the dropdown menu in the top-right of the widget: * **Branded:** Analyzes prompts that explicitly mention your brand name (e.g., *"What is RankWit AI?"*). * **Non-Branded:** Analyzes "discovery" prompts where your brand could be a solution (e.g., *"Best AI SEO automation tools"*). * **Overall:** A comprehensive weighted average that includes both Branded and Non-Branded data. **Key Features:** * **Download Report:** Export the current view as a report for stakeholders. * **Status Label:** A qualitative indicator (e.g., **"Good"**) based on your percentage score. ## 3. Monitoring Widgets ### Total Prompts Monitored * **Visual Tracker:** A circular chart showing the volume of queries currently being tracked. * **Manage Prompts:** Direct link to add new keywords or refine your existing list. ### Competitive Landscape * **Competitors:** Shows the total number of competitor domains being benchmarked. * **Mentions:** The total number of times your brand was cited in the latest analysis. * **Action:** Click **+ Competitor** to instantly add a new domain to your monitoring. ### Analysis Status * **Recency:** Displays when your data was last refreshed (e.g., "2 months ago"). * **Run Analysis:** Manually trigger a new scan of all models using your credits. * **Recent Analysis Log:** View the progress and completion status of your most recent data extractions. ## 4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) The bottom row of the dashboard breaks down your performance into four specialized metrics: | **Metric** | **What it Measures** | **Calculation** | **Why it Matters** | | :------------------------ | :---------------------------------------------------------------------------- | :-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | :---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Subjective Impression** | How well your content answers user queries compared to competitors. | AI models evaluate the **relevance, completeness, and accuracy** of your content in search results. | High scores indicate your content provides valuable, comprehensive answers that users find helpful. | | **Position Score** | How high your website ranks in AI search results compared to competitors. | Based on your **average ranking position** (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.) across all analyzed queries. | Higher positions mean more visibility and credibility; users typically trust and click results that appear first. | | **Share of Voice** | How often your website appears in AI search results across different queries. | Based on the **percentage of queries** where your website is mentioned in the AI's response. | A higher share of voice means broader content coverage and relevance across more search topics. | | **Consistency Score** | How consistently your website performs across different AI models. | Based on the **similarity of your rankings and mentions** across multiple AI model responses. | High consistency ensures your content performs well regardless of which AI model users interact with. | ## 4. Top Header Actions * **Status Indicator:** Shows the current system status (e.g., "Extracted" confirms data has been processed). * **Theme Toggle:** Switch between Dark and Light mode for better visibility. * **Layout Icon:** Quickly collapse or expand the sidebar for a focused view. > **Pro Tip:** For the most accurate "Consistency" score, we recommend running an analysis at least once a week to capture changes in AI model training and real-time data updates. # Actionable Insight Source: https://docs.rankwit.ai/insight/actionable-insight How to use actionable insights to improve your SEO and content. **Actionable insight** in the Insights area highlights where you can improve: which pages or prompts need attention and what to do next. Check this view after each run or when you want to know what to fix first. ## What you see * **Recommendations** — Priorities such as “Improve this page” or “Add content for this prompt”. * **Scores or indicators** — Strength or gaps at a glance. * **Short explanations** — Why each suggestion is shown. ## How to use it 1. Open **Insights → Actionable insight** from the sidebar. 2. Review the list or cards. Each item usually links to the relevant **page** or **prompt** in Monitoring. 3. Act on the suggestions: edit content, add new pages, or refine prompts. Then run a new **run** in **Monitoring → AI Runs** to see updated results. Check actionable insight regularly and focus on the highest-priority items first. Use **Prompts performance** next to see trends over time. After you act on suggestions, run a new **run** in **Monitoring → AI Runs** to refresh scores and see updated insights. ## If you see no insights Ensure you have **pages** and **prompts** set up in **Monitoring** and at least one **completed run**. Select the correct **website** in the website selector. If your account is new, run a first check and wait for it to complete; insights will appear as data is available. Next: [Prompts performance](/insight/prompts-performance) or [Page generator](/optimization/page-generator). # Prompts Performance Source: https://docs.rankwit.ai/insight/prompts-performance How to view and use prompts performance in RankWit. **Prompts performance** in the Insights area shows how your tracked **prompts** (questions or themes) are performing over time: which ones rank or score well and which need work. ## What you see * **Performance by prompt** — Scores, trends, or rankings for each prompt you track. * **Charts or tables** you can filter by date range or prompt. * Ability to **drill down** into a prompt to see which pages are contributing and how they’ve changed. ## How it works Data comes from your **Monitoring** setup: * **Prompts** are defined in **Monitoring → Prompt**. * **Runs** produce the scores and trends. * Prompts performance aggregates this so you can see progress and spot underperforming topics. ## Using the view * **Change the date range** to compare performance over different periods. * **Sort or filter** by score, trend, or prompt name when the app allows. * **Click a prompt** to see which pages are associated and how they’ve performed. Use that to decide what to optimize in **Optimization → Page generator** or in your content plan. If you don’t see data, add **prompts** in Monitoring → Prompt and ensure at least one **run** has completed successfully. Next: [Page generator](/optimization/page-generator) or [Actionable insight](/insight/actionable-insight). # Competitors Source: https://docs.rankwit.ai/monitoring/competitors How to add and manage competitors and compare your performance. The **Competitors** section in Monitoring lets you add other sites or URLs and compare their performance with yours. ## What you see * A list of competitors you’ve added (site or URL and related metrics). * Comparison data so you can see how you rank or perform next to them. * Options to add, edit, or remove competitors. Competitors ## Adding a competitor 1. Open **Monitoring → Competitors** from the sidebar. 2. Click **Add competitor** (or the equivalent button). 3. Enter the competitor’s **website** or **URL** as requested. 4. Save. The competitor appears in the list and data will be collected according to your plan. Add Competitor After adding a competitor, comparison data may take a short time to appear. Refresh or check back later if the list is still empty. ## Using the table You can usually: * **Sort** by column (click the column header). * **Filter or search** when the app offers these options. * **Change page size** and use pagination at the bottom. ## Removing or editing a competitor Use the row actions next to a competitor to **edit** (e.g. change URL) or **remove** it. Removing a competitor stops new comparison data for that entry. Edit or remove competitor - row actions Make sure the correct **website** is selected (website selector) so you’re comparing against the right project. Next: [Mentions](/monitoring/mentions) or [Pages](/monitoring/pages). # Mentions Source: https://docs.rankwit.ai/monitoring/mentions How to view, use, and manage brand or site mentions in RankWit, including moving mentions to competitors. The **Mentions** section in Monitoring shows where your brand or site is mentioned (e.g. on the web or in tracked sources). You can review, filter, and reclassify mentions—including moving them to a competitor when a mention actually refers to someone else. ## What you see * A list or feed of **mentions** (source, date, snippet or context). * Optional filters (e.g. date range, source type) when available. * Details when you open a mention (e.g. full text, link). * Actions such as **Convert to competitor** when the mention refers to another brand or site. Screenshot 2026 02 15 Alle 12 37 46 ## Why mentions are useful Mentions help you understand where and how your brand is talked about. They are especially useful for: * **Seeing relevant source in your industry** — Track media, blogs, forums, and other sources that cite you. * **Following up on opportunities or issues** — Respond to reviews, thank publishers, or address misinformation. * **Discovering valid websites for backlinks** — When a site mentions you (e.g. in an article, list, or review), that site is often a good candidate for outreach or future backlinks. Use the mention list to identify authoritative, relevant sources that already reference you and consider them for link-building. Mentions from quality, relevant sites are strong signals for SEO: they show interest in your brand and can lead to formal backlinks. Review the source domain and context before adding it to your backlink target list. ## How it works Mentions are collected from the sources connected to your account. Use this view to review and act on them as described above. ## Using the list * **Sort** by date or relevance when the option is available. * **Open** a mention to see full context and link. * Use **filters** (if shown) to narrow by date, source, or type. * **Convert to competitor** when a mention is about a competitor. ## Moving a mention to a competitor Sometimes a mention is incorrectly attributed to your brand—for example, it refers to a competitor or another site with a similar name. You can reclassify it so it no longer appears in your mentions and is associated with the right competitor instead. 1. Open the mention (or use the row/entry actions). 2. Click **Convert to competitor** (or the equivalent action). 3. Choose the **competitor** from the list, or add the competitor first in [Competitors](/monitoring/competitors) if needed. 4. Confirm. The mention is removed from your brand mentions and linked to that competitor. This keeps your mention list accurate and helps you compare how often competitors are mentioned versus you. Moving a mention to a competitor does not delete it—it reassigns it so your metrics reflect only mentions of your brand. Next: [Pages](/monitoring/pages) or [Prompt](/monitoring/prompt). # Pages Source: https://docs.rankwit.ai/monitoring/pages How to view and manage monitored pages in RankWit. The **Pages** section in Monitoring lists the pages on your site that RankWit is tracking for SEO and performance. Screenshot 2026 02 15 Alle 12 41 04 ## What you see * A **table of pages** (URL, title, status, and key metrics). * Ability to **add** or **remove** pages from monitoring. * Details when you open a page (e.g. scores, history, issues). ## How pages are collected Pages are **crawled periodically** by our system. Most of your site’s URLs will be discovered and updated automatically. Some pages, however, **cannot be crawled or updated** (e.g. due to access, structure, or technical limits). Those can be **added manually** via **Add page** so they are still included in monitoring and runs. ## Why pages matter Monitored pages are the website URLs RankWit uses for analysis. Keeping this list up to date helps you get accurate data in **Prompt**, **Traffic**, and **Insights**. Pages Avg Position Score ## Working with the table * **Sort** by clicking column headers (e.g. URL, status, score). * **Search or filter** when the app provides these options. * **Open** a row to see the page’s detail view and metrics over time. * Use **pagination** at the bottom to move through the list. ## Adding or removing pages * **Add pages** — Use **Add page** (or similar) and enter the URL or select from a crawl/list if the app offers it. The new page is then included in runs and insights. * **Remove pages** — Use the row action (e.g. menu or remove icon) to stop monitoring that URL. Historical data may remain, but new runs will skip it. Pages Avg Position Score 1 **NB:** If your website is **large**, the **first crawl** may not discover the **entire site** in one go. Further crawls will continue to add pages. You can also add important URLs manually if they are missing. If you have many pages, use filters and search to find the ones you care about. Make sure the correct **website** is selected in the website selector. ## Need help? If you need support with crawling, missing pages, or limits on your plan, contact us at [**info@rankwit.ai**](mailto:info@rankwit.ai). Next: [Prompt](/monitoring/prompt) or [Traffic](/monitoring/traffic). # Prompt Source: https://docs.rankwit.ai/monitoring/prompt How to use prompts and runs for SEO monitoring in RankWit. The **Prompt** section in Monitoring is where you manage the **prompts** (questions or themes) you track for SEO, and see how they perform in **runs**. Screenshot 2026 02 15 Alle 12 42 06 ## What are prompts? **Prompts** are the search intents or topics you care about (e.g. “best running shoes”, “how to train for a marathon”). RankWit uses them to: * Evaluate how well your **pages** answer those intents. * Run SEO checks (**runs**) that score or compare your content. * Feed data into **Insights → Prompts performance**. ## What you see * A list of your **prompts** (text, AI Answer, and related metrics). * Options to **add** or **edit** prompts and **start a new run**. * Export all of your prompts in a CSV file. ## Adding or editing prompts 1. Open **Monitoring → Prompt**. 2. Click **Add prompt** (or edit an existing one). 3. Enter the **prompt text** (the question or theme you want to track). 4. (Optional) Set **intent**, **length** (short‑tail, mid‑tail, long‑tail) and **branded / non‑branded** so analysis and filters are more accurate. 5. Save. The prompt is included in the next run and in Prompts performance. You can also [import multiple prompts from a CSV file](#import-prompts-from-csv) if you already manage your queries in a spreadsheet. ## Import prompts from CSV If you already have your search queries in a spreadsheet, you can upload them in bulk using the **Import CSV** feature in **Monitoring → Prompt**. * **Download the CSV template**:\ Use this Google Sheet as a reference and export it as CSV before uploading:\ [`CSV template (Google Sheets)`](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1OmDJs08mOGkOWf4QC_eE-t5L_T7ElAVW70GxzUih0UQ/edit?gid=0#gid=0) Image * **How to import**: 1. Open **Monitoring → Prompt**. 2. Click **Import CSV**. 3. Select your CSV file (exported from the template). 4. Confirm the upload. New prompts will appear in the table and will be included in the next run. * **Supported columns and values** (column names are case‑insensitive): * **text** (required):\ The prompt text / search query, e.g. `best running shoes`. * **intent** (optional):\ One of: * `informational` * `navigational` * `transactional` * `commercial` * **length** (optional):\ One of: * `short-tail` * `mid-tail` * `long-tail` * **role** (optional):\ One of: * `branded` * `non-branded` * **tags** (optional):\ Comma‑separated list of tags, e.g. `top-of-funnel, us, b2c`.\ Tags are stored lowercased and trimmed; if a tag already exists for the website it will be reused. If a row has invalid values (for example, an unknown `intent` or `role`), the system ignores the entire row. ## Tags for prompts **Tags** let you group prompts by themes such as **product line**, **funnel stage**, **country**, or **campaign**. * **Where to find them**: in **Monitoring → Prompt**, use the **Tags** column for each row. * **Add a tag**: click into the Tags area, start typing, and press **Enter** (or choose from the suggestions) to attach a tag to that prompt. Add Tag Prompt * **Remove a tag**: click on an existing tag to remove it from that prompt. * **Re‑use across prompts**: tags you’ve already used appear as suggestions so you can keep naming consistent. * **Export**: when you export prompts to CSV from the Prompt table, a **Tags** column is included for each prompt so you can group and filter in spreadsheets or BI tools. Keep prompts focused and aligned with your real search queries so insights and Prompts performance are actionable. Next: [Traffic](/monitoring/traffic) or [Actionable insight](/insight/actionable-insight). # Traffic Source: https://docs.rankwit.ai/monitoring/traffic How to view traffic data and connect traffic sources in RankWit. The **Traffic** section in Monitoring shows traffic-related data for your site (e.g. visits, trends) when you connect a source like [\*\*Google Analytics \*\*](https://developers.google.com/analytics)\*\*and \*\*[**Google Search Console**](https://search.google.com/search-console/). ## What you see * **Traffic metrics** (e.g. sessions, users, page views) and trends over time. * Charts or tables you can filter by date range or segment when the app supports it. * A clear message to **connect a source** if none is set up yet. ## Connecting a traffic source To see traffic data: 1. Go to **Workspace → Integrations**. 2. Find **Google Analytics** (or the traffic source your plan supports). 3. Click **Connect** and sign in to the service; approve access when asked. 4. Return to **Monitoring → Traffic**. Data will sync and appear (it may take a short time). Once connected, you can switch the **website** or **property** in the selector if you have more than one. ## Using the Traffic view * **Change the date range** to compare periods (e.g. last 7 days vs last 30 days). * **Sort or filter** tables by the metrics that matter to you. * **Drill down** into a metric or page when the app offers a detail view. If you **disconnect** the integration in Workspace → Integrations, traffic data disappear. Reconnect the same account to restore it. Next: [Actionable insight](/insight/actionable-insight) or [Integrations](/workspace/integrations). # Page generator Source: https://docs.rankwit.ai/optimization/page-generator How to create and optimize content with the AI page generator. The **Page generator** in Optimization helps you create or improve content with AI. You provide a topic (and optional settings), and the tool suggests or generates content you can use or refine. ## What you can do * **Generate new content** — Enter a topic or brief; the generator produces a draft (e.g. outline, sections, or full text) you can edit and publish. * **Optimize existing content** — Paste or link a page and get suggestions to better match a **prompt** or intent from your Monitoring setup. * **Plan content** — Use the generator to explore angles or headlines before writing. ## How to use it 1. Open **Optimization → Page generator** from the sidebar. 2. Choose **New content** (or “Generate”) or **Optimize** (if you’re improving an existing page). Generate Content 3. **Enter the topic** (and any options the app offers: tone, length, audience, or target prompt). 4. Start the generation. When it’s ready, review the result, edit it in the app or in your CMS, and save or publish. Use clear, specific topics and align with the **prompts** you track in Monitoring so the content supports your SEO goals. Check **Actionable insight** and **Prompts performance** to decide what to generate next. ## After generation * **Edit** the output in the app if an editor is available. * **Copy or export** to use in your site or CMS. * **Schedule or save** to your content calendar if the app supports it. You can track performance later in **Monitoring** and **Insights** once the page is live. Next: [Settings](/workspace/settings) or [Actionable insight](/insight/actionable-insight). # Credits Source: https://docs.rankwit.ai/overview/credits How RankWit AI credits work: prompts, AI models, and generated pages. [**RankWit AI** ](https://www.rankwit.ai/)uses a dual-credit system to manage AI search analysis and content generation. To provide maximum transparency, we separate **Analysis Credits** from **Pages Credits**, allowing you to scale your SEO strategy without hidden costs. ## Credit Types ### 1. Analysis Credits Analysis credits are consumed whenever Rankwit tracks or analyzes a response from an AI engine. We keep it simple: **1 analyzed response = 1 credit**, regardless of which model you use. **Supported Models:** * [**ChatGPT**](https://chatgpt.com/) (OpenAI) * [**Google AI Overviews**](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AI_Overviews) * [**Perplexity**](https://www.perplexity.ai/) * [**Gemini**](https://gemini.google.com/) (Google) ### 2. Page Credits Content creation has its own dedicated credit pool so you can manage your editorial budget independently. * **1 Generated Article = 1 Page Credit** ## How credits are calculated **1 credit = 1 prompt × 1 AI model.** Each time a **prompt** is checked on one **AI model** (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, Gemini), that counts as **one credit**. If the same prompt is monitored on three models, it uses **three credits**. **Example:** You monitor **1 prompt** on **ChatGPT**, **Gemini**, and **Perplexity**. That’s **1 × 3 = 3 credits** for that prompt per run. So: more prompts or more models per run mean more credits. Your plan’s **unique prompts per month** and the **models you select** in each run determine your usage. **Remember the formula:** 1 prompt × 1 model = 1 credit. Before starting a run, multiply (number of prompts) × (number of models) to estimate total credits, or use the **Estimate** feature (see below). ## Quick reference: credits by scenario Use this table to quickly estimate how many credits common runs will use: | Scenario | Prompts | Models | Total credits | | -------------------- | ------- | -------------------------------- | ------------- | | One Model analysis | 1 | ChatGPT | 1 credit | | Comparative analysis | 1 | ChatGPT, Perplexity, AIO, Gemini | 4 credits | | Bulk monitoring | 10 | ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini | 30 credits | All models are weighted equally: one credit per prompt per model. Use the in-app **Estimate** button for the exact count before you run. ## Credit lifecycle ### Expiration and roll-over * **Reset date:** Credits reset on the **monthly anniversary of your subscription start date** (e.g. if you subscribed on the 15th, your credits reset on the 15th of each month). * **Roll-over:** Unused credits typically **do not roll over** to the next billing cycle; your balance resets to your plan’s allowance. Check your plan details or [Billing](/workspace/billing) for your tier’s policy. ## Monitoring Your Balance You can check your remaining credits at any time via: * **Dashboard Header:** A real-time counter is always visible at the top of your screen. * **Billing Settings:** For a detailed breakdown of consumption and subscription management. If you hit **zero credits** during a run: the run **pauses or stops** so you are not charged beyond your quota. ## Calculation Examples ### Weekly Monitoring If you decide to monitor **10 keywords** across **2 models** (e.g., Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT, or ChatGPT and Gemini): > 10 keywords × 2 models = **20 Analysis Credits** per run × 4 weeks = **80 Analysis Credits** ### Content Strategy If you plan to publish **10 articles** per month: > 10 articles = **10 Article Credits**. ## Estimate feature: see credits before you run Before starting an AI run, you can see exactly how many credits the run will use. This helps you adjust prompts or models to stay within your budget. 1. In **Monitoring → AI Runs**, select your **prompts** and **models** (and location if required). 2. Click **Estimate** to open the estimation popup. 3. Review the **total credits** for the run. Adjust selections if needed, then start the analysis. Use **Estimate** in **Monitoring → AI Runs** before starting a run to see how many credits the run will use. That way you can adjust prompts or models before you start. AI Runs - New Run panel with models and location *Before: select prompts and models in the New Run panel.* Estimate and Start Analysis *Estimation in action: use Estimate to see credit cost, then Start Analysis.* Always use **Estimate** before starting a large run so you know the credit cost and can avoid overusing your quota. ## FAQ: credits and usage ### What counts as a “model”? Every AI model (e.g. ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, Perplexity, Gemini) counts as **one unit** per prompt. **All models are weighted equally**—one credit per prompt per model. ### What if I need more credits? If you need additional credits beyond your monthly allocation, please contact [**info@rankwit.ai**](mailto:davide@rankwit.ai) to discuss available options. ### Do failed runs cost credits? **No.** If a run fails due to a **system or service error** (e.g. API timeout, provider outage), RankWit does **not** charge credits for that run. You are only charged for runs that complete successfully. If you believe you were charged for a failed run, contact support. ### Do my credits renew every month? Yes. Your credits are automatically recharged at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle. Each month, your credit balance is reset according to your subscription plan. Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your plan details. ### Can I cancel a run to save credits? If you **stop or cancel** a run before it finishes, you are only charged for the work already completed (e.g. prompts × models already processed). The remaining portion is not deducted. So yes—cancelling a run can save credits for the part that has not yet run. **Pro-Tip: Save credits with selection**\ If you are only testing prompt quality, run your first test on a **single model** (e.g. ChatGPT). Once you’re satisfied with the output, scale the run to include other models (AIO, Perplexity, Gemini) to compare ranking results. This avoids burning credits on multi-model runs until your prompts are ready. ## Learn more about plans and pricing For full details on plans, limits, and pricing—including **Starter**, **Growth**, and **Enterprise**—see the official pricing page: [**RankWit AI Pricing →**](https://www.rankwit.ai/pricing) There you’ll find monthly and annual options, unique prompts per month, number of websites, and what’s included in each tier. Prompts library - view edit delete archive **Step 6 - The first AI Runs** Go to the **AI Runs** section (under Monitoring) to begin your initial analysis of how your prompts perform on generative engines like **ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews**. Once you click **'New Run'**, a side panel will appear, allowing you to customize your workflow by **selecting the AI models** and the **geographic location (Country)** for the search. AI Runs - New Run panel with models and location Click **'Estimate'** to view a calculation of the processing time and the credits required for your run. This step allows you to manage your resources before committing to the task. When you are satisfied with the estimate, click **'Start Analysis'** to initiate the workflow. You may be taken to a secure payment page. * **View or download invoices** — Open an invoice from the list to view or download it (e.g. PDF). * **Change plan** — If the app offers upgrades or downgrades, use the option on the Billing page (e.g. “Upgrade” or “Change plan”). Confirm any price or limit changes before confirming. Some billing options may be managed by your organization or administrator. If you don’t see certain actions, contact your admin or support. ## Questions about charges For questions about charges, renewal, or plan limits, use the support or contact options provided in the app or in your plan details. Next: [Settings](/workspace/settings) or [Integrations](/workspace/integrations). # Integrations Source: https://docs.rankwit.ai/workspace/integrations How to connect and manage integrations (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console). **Integrations** in the Workspace lets you connect external services so RankWit can use their data (e.g. for **Traffic** or search performance). ## What you can connect Depending on your plan, you may see: * **Google Analytics** — For traffic data in **Monitoring → Traffic**. * **Google Search Console** — For search performance and queries. * Other sources — The app will list available integrations on the Integrations page. Traffic Page ## Connecting an integration 1. Open **Workspace → Integrations** from the sidebar. 2. Find the service you want (e.g. **Google Analytics**, **Google Search Console**). 3. Click **Connect** (or the equivalent button). 4. Sign in to the service (e.g. Google) and **approve access** when asked. 5. You’re returned to the app; the integration shows as **connected**. Image Once connected, data from that service can appear in the app (e.g. in **Monitoring → Traffic**). It may take a short time to sync. ## Disconnecting To disconnect: 1. Go to **Workspace → Integrations**. 2. Find the integration and use **Disconnect** (or “Remove”). 3. Confirm. The app stops using that source for new data; existing data may remain until refreshed. Disconnecting can remove or hide data that came from that integration (e.g. in Traffic). Reconnect the same account to restore it. Next: [Billing](/workspace/billing) or [Traffic](/monitoring/traffic). # Settings Source: https://docs.rankwit.ai/workspace/settings How to manage your profile and preferences in RankWit. **Settings** in the Workspace is where you manage your profile, language, and other preferences. Open it from the sidebar or from your profile menu (e.g. your name or avatar). ## Profile * **Update your details** — Name, email (if your plan allows), and other account info. * **Save** after editing. The app confirms when changes are applied. Some fields (e.g. email or plan) may be managed by your administrator. If you can’t edit something, it may be fixed at the account level. ## Preferences * **Language** — Choose **English** or **Italian**. The interface updates and your choice is remembered.
