# Prompts Performance

> How to view and use prompts performance in RankWit.

**Prompts performance** in the Insights area shows how your tracked **prompts** (questions or themes) are performing over time: which ones rank or score well and which need work.

## What you see

* **Performance by prompt** — Scores, trends, or rankings for each prompt you track.
* **Charts or tables** you can filter by date range or prompt.
* Ability to **drill down** into a prompt to see which pages are contributing and how they’ve changed.

## How it works

Data comes from your **Monitoring** setup:

* **Prompts** are defined in **Monitoring → Prompt**.
* **Runs** produce the scores and trends.
* Prompts performance aggregates this so you can see progress and spot underperforming topics.

## Using the view

* **Change the date range** to compare performance over different periods.
* **Sort or filter** by score, trend, or prompt name when the app allows.
* **Click a prompt** to see which pages are associated and how they’ve performed. Use that to decide what to optimize in **Optimization → Page generator** or in your content plan.
